At Wholesale Vaping Supply, we stand behind the quality of our hardware and offer a 30-day return policy for defective electronic components. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, e-liquids, coils, and open tanks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Return Process
- 1.Submit a Return Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and initiate an RMA request.
- 2.Wait for Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours to verify warranty eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to our central distribution warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Credit
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will issue a replacement or apply a store credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
